How long typically for log analysis?

I submitted logs for review to cust. svc. yesterday.
I was just wondering when I should expect feedback / analysis.

They usually answer back within 24 hours. However, keep in mind that their are in Australia (so, 12-14 hours ahead of North America), and they are closed on the weekend. I'd expect them to get back to you on Monday unless there's a special issue.

Yes, and sometimes it also takes longer because there are more issues in the queue or some issues take a long time to resolve. Thanks for your patience!
