I am not able to choose second audio channel for video streaming (.mpg file) in pre-transcoding setting (PC with Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit). VLC media player sees two audio channels correctly, Mezzmo only one. Is there any help in the current Mezzmo version , beside removing the first audio channel from the video file?

Right-click on the video in Mezzmo and click Properties. On the Properties dialog, go to the Video tab. You should be able to see your 2 audio channels listed in the Preferred audio channel combo box. Select the one that you want and click OK. Now pre-transcode you video and your preferred audio channel will be used during transcoding. See this FAQ for more information about selecting preferred audio channels - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/6029-Tutorial-How-to-stream-your-preferred-audio-language-in-a-video.

If you do not see 2 audio channels on the Video tab on the Properties dialog, then right-click on the video in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'. Post that information here or email it to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
