Android App: High battery usage if app is idle

I noticed that mezzmo under android 5.x consumes a lot of battery if the app is idle and in the background. If I forget to close the app after watching movies etc. the app will drain my battery from 100 to 0 persent within one day. :-( Please fix these bug.

Hi,
Mezzmo android keeps a wake lock on the CPU while the app is running so if you leave the app running the device will never go into deep sleep. We have fixed this bug for version 2.0 of the app and only use the wake lock when playing or streaming files.
