Fast Forwarding on Humax PVR iHDR-5200C

I have a question, sometimes on a random time the connection between mezzmo and my Humax PVR gets lost and I have to start my movie again but if I try to fastforward it does not work, I get a circle with stripe. Why does this not work?
I have a registered version of Mezzmo.

I used to use Serviio and I could fast forward with that software and the same moviefiles.

Hi,
on some devices fast forward and rewind are not supported when a file is being transcoded by Mezzmo. You can pre-transcode http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/6025-Tutorial-Pre-transcoding-Files the file to see if fast forward is available or right-click on the file in Mezzmo and go to properties then on the Transcoding tab click 'Use Original file...' then select your device and try playing the file to see if fast forward is available.

Sometimes devices are able to fast forward on a transcoding file when time based seeking is enabled in the device profile, if you send an email to support [at] conceiva [dot] com and tell us which device profile you are using for your Humax device we can add time based seeking for you to try.
