Hello guys,
I'm still using the trial version of mezzmo but I'm planning on buying the full version. Still there are some issues I'd like to address.
I have a Panasonic TX-48AS640 TV (I think it's a 2014 model, so I'm using the 2014 profile). Note that I tried all pana profiles including the generic one, these issues are still present.

When i click on a file and select the "Play to" option then there is only a text "Refresh". The tab "Play To" is also blank. Can this be solved?

I have some mkv files that can be played natively without transcoding, but using the panasonic profile they are transcoded to MPEG2-TS without the option for subtitles and losing aspect ratio. As I read the forums, I right clicked them and select in transcoding tab "prefer original", and they play nicely.

I have some .avi files that can't be played natively, but when they are transcoded and played as MPEG2-TS, I cannot see external subtitles, no matter what. SRT is in the same folder as the video and has the same filename,

Last, but not least, can you create a profile for my TV please? I do have still mkv files that are stuttering and unplayable even when transcoded.

Per your instruction here
Turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Go to the Media Devices dialog and edit your TV. On the Device Settings dialog, go to the Transcoding tab and delete all transcoded files. Now, connect to Mezzmo server from your TV and try playing a video that you know has .SRT external subtitles. When the video is playing, try pressing the Options or Tools or Subtitles button on your remote control to see if you can select the available subtitles on-screen. After that, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo (Windows) app. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
Right-click on the video you just streamed and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'. Email this information to us.
Zip up the external .SRT file for the video you just played and email that to us also.
I will email you. Is there anything else I can do?
Thanks alot!!!!!!
