Samsung BD-J5700 movie artwork issue

I have a problem where the movie posters don't display on the folder screens using Mezzmo via a Samsung BD-J5700. All of the music artwork shows up fine, but just not on video. I have tried a number of the Samsung profiles to see if it made a difference and it doesn't. The odd thing is I swear at one point the video art was showing up fine, and then something changed.

What would be the best/proper profile to use for current Samsung Blu Ray players?
