Samsung bd-c6500 blu ray blues

Ready just buy another blu ray (suggestions?) or something....no samsung profiles work for a particar piglet movie.....nor do the genetics....all are choppy and one profile plays the movie in Portuguese.... ???? Help, it's annoying...I'm using the trial and really like this software!
