Reinstall windows 10

Mezzmo woks perfect for me but I got a a problem. I want to reinstall win10 and I dont know how to bakcup my licence so when I reinstall to not buy new licence.

Any advice?

After you re-install Windows 10, email us at sales [at] conceiva [dot] com and we'll provide your Mezzmo license details. You can use them again to register Mezzmo your new Win 10 computer. In your email, provide your full name and email address that you used to purchase Mezzmo so we can look up your details.
