Hello,

I am unable to connect to my Mezzmo from XBMC.

I have been through the suggestions posted elsewhere, and forwarded ports 1900 & 2869. I was then briefly able to see and connect to Mezzmo (for a few seconds). I suspect the issue is due to IGMP being enabled on the router - but I am apparently unable to do this as this is required by my TV service (TalkTalk).

The settings don't appear in the router config in any case (HG633)

Is there a way around this issue - or am I no longer able to use Mezzmo with my new ISP?

Hi Geoff,

There will be something on your hoem network that is blocking UPnP/DLNA communication between your device running XBMC (or Kodi as it's called now) and the PC running Mezzmo. We list all possible causes here - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/1183-FAQ-Cannot-see-Mezzmo-on-your-DLNA-device. Please go through them and try the solutions for each. You should get up and running.

If still no success, then it's best we see a set of logs. Turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Close XBMC and start it again. Wait a few minutes. Try to list Mezzmo server on your XBMC and browse some its playlists and play some files. When that fails, then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo (Windows) app. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
