No Pause / FFW / RWND on TechniStar S3 ISIO (TechniSat)

Hey community,

I'm thinking of changing from Plex to Mezzmo, since it's more performant.
But there's a big issue for me:

I'm not able to Pause / FFW or RWND with my TechniStar S3 ISIO. I'm using the "Technisat Digicorder ISIO" profile.
At least the Pause feature is a must-have for me.

How can we fix this issue (without pre-transcoding, please)?

Hi Tom,

We should be able to fix that up for you by tweaking the device profile. To do this, we'll need a set of logs from you. Turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging). Restart your Mezzmo server and then stream a video that is unable to Pause/FF/REW. After reproducing your problem, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo (Windows) app. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
