Aspect Ratio Issues

I've suddenly started having issues with aspect ratios of movies transcoded with Mezzmo. The movies are 1080 and when viewed on a computer or through Plex, they are correct. When transcoded, they playback filling the frame of my Bravia TV, without the letterbox and being stretched top to bottom slightly.
How can I retain the correct aspect ratio of the files?

What is your TV model and what device profile is assigned to your TV? Go to the Media Devices dialog in Mezzmo to see this.

TV is Bravia KDL-55W800B
Profile is Sony Bravia KDL (2012 Models)
