Hi all,

I have f8000 model and have issue when navigating to mezzmo. Typically this is choosing source, scroll to green, enjoy icon and at the menu choosing videos. This however causes tv to hang and eventually timeout and restart. Think this happens as my library has increased.

However, interesting is that at the menu where video is chosen, there's option for "all content". If I choose that, and videos at the next menu, all works ok.

So my question is, is this behaviour influenced by profile if so, how can it be tweaked so the first shorter method works?

Hi Steve,

Certain Samsung TV models are very time sensitive in their DLNA streaming features. Browsing of your Mezzmo library can be aborted by Samsung TV's firmware if Mezzmo server does not respond quick enough.

We have made significant improvements in this area for the upcoming Mezzmo v5.0. We also have a patch for Mezzmo v4.x that contains these improvements. You can email us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we'll provide it to you for testing.
