Philips 50put6400 doesn't work on mezzmo...

Hy..

I just buy new Tv Philips 50put6400 and now in Mezzmo he is not working. Can someone help me and tell how I make him to work???

Check the device profile assigned to your TV in the Media Devices dialog. It should be one of the 'Philips TV' device profiles.

If none of these work well with your TV model, then email us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we'll provide the latest Philips TV device profiles that will be included in the upcoming Mezzmo v5.0.

Today I tried all Philips Tv device profiles and still nothing... :(

It looks like your TV runs Android TV so you can try our Mezzmo Android app. I have sent you a link to join the beta trial of version 2.0 of the app which is optimized for Android TV.

I try and install it successfully but when I want to run it always crashes :(
