I'm getting duplicate toolbar items for Web Access and Web Browser. One set with icon and one set without.

In Mezzmo (Windows) app, go to the Options dialog and click the "Restore Window Layout" button. Exit Mezzmo (Windows) app and start it again. Hopefully, that should fix the problem.
