Hi,
since upgrading to Mezzmo 5 I've been experiencing server crashes while browsing my library with my Philips BDP9700 bluray player. Basically it's impossible to navigate the tree, because after a few clicks everything hangs and a few seconds later I get a crash with "Read from location 00000028 caused an access violation" in the error log. I had no problems of this sort with previous version of Mezzmo.

What I've done so far:
- checked the behavior of other DLNA devices on my home network - no problems with browsing or movie playing with either PS3 or my Panasonic TV
- tried using different device profiles for the Philips, even a generic one - still crashes
- tried rebuilding the library from scratch - same thing

What's interesting is that it never loads more than a single page of videos. Maybe there's some incompatibility with the way the Philips player loads the content in the background?

Please do tell me there is a simple fix for this. I really don't want to downgrade Mezzmo back to 4.1 :)

The thing to do now is to email us the crash dump ZIP files that are created when Mezzmo server crashes. We use them to pinpoint the problem. We'll fix the issue immediately and provide you a patch to get you back up and running. When you see the Mezzmo crash window appear, click on the Go To Folder button and then upload the crash dump ZIP files to a filesharing site like Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc. and then email the download link to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
