With Mezzmo v5 Pro, I have web access set up for 3 users, each with a custom background image and welcome message for their log in screens. I haven't verified if it's the maintenance scan doing it yet but every day the background for each web user is reset to blank while the welcome message is left alone. Has anyone else seen this happen?

Yes.. I have the same problem with the main background.. But I haven't ran the maintenance, so the problem must be caused from something else..

Perhaps your users are going to the default homepage in Mezzmo's web interface? This URL looks like "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:nnnnn/web/login", whereas the personalized URL looks like: "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:nnnnn/web/login?user=<user>"

All users including me (admin) have our personal URL's bookmarked:

http://192.168.1.115:53168/web/login?user=admin
http://192.168.1.115:53168/web/login?user=user1
http://192.168.1.115:53168/web/login?user=user2

From the time of my first post I had reset all the backgrounds and they're still in place as of now. I'll check again tomorrow and see what happens. Aside from the scheduled maintenance, nothing else is being done in Mezzmo that I can think of to cause this.

Same result. All 3 backgrounds for each web user account were removed after 1 day.

I see Mezzmo 5.0.4.0 is out with a fix for "Fixed: Web interface - homepage disappears sometimes". I updated my instance to 5.0.4.0, restarted services and set my homepage again but it disappeared after 1 day again. Were you able to find out what's causing this?

Sorry about that. We thought we reproduced and fixed it :confused:. We'll re-test it again and fix it again. Email us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we'll provide a patch to try to make sure its working correctly this time.
