Hi,

I am having a few issues with files not playing when streamed to my Amazon Fire TV Box - there does not appear to be a device profile for this particular device.Is there one available or could i request one?

Hi RLG,

For your Amazon Fire TV, you should use our Mezzmo Android app. It's now available in Amazon's App store so simply search for 'Mezzmo' in the App store on your Fire TV and you should find it. It is fully Amazon Fire TV and Amazon Fire TV Stick compatible. It's definitely the best way to browse and stream/play files from your Mezzmo library.
