I have recently been having an issue where I am unable to add any URL media to Mezzmo. This has only been happening recently as I have watched several dozen youtube videos via Mezzmo just fine. It comes up with an error dialogue: " The URL is not a supported video, audio, image, or rss feed playlist resource. Mime type: text/html; charset=utf-8". This started today and has happened to every URL I have tried to add to Mezzmo. Even attempting to play previously functioning videos causes this same error. Other media streaming works just fine while this occurs.

I am unable to find anyone else with the same problem so hopefully there is an answer here.

We have one other user report this problem, but the vast majority of users are streaming URLs fine. So, there must be something going wrong in your Mezzmo setup. It's best we see a set of logs. Turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo (Windows) app. Run Mezzmo (Windows) app again. Wait a few minutes. Now enter a YouTube URL. If the error appears, then exit Mezzmo (Windows) app. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
