Two small suggestions for the search function in the web interface:
1. Include Creator / Director as a search field.
2. On video information pages, make the names of each actor and the director link to a search for all videos with the same name in the same field.
and one more ambitious suggestion:
When a search returns more than a threshold number of items from the same Album / Series, group the results into a folder. (If I search for videos in which Larry David appears, the list is overwhelmed by the 80 episodes of Curb Your Enthusiasm... of course, I already know he’s in all of those. Collecting them in a folder would allow the rest of his appearances to stand out. Ideally the threshold would be user-definable, but something around 3-5 is probably the right number.)
