Documentation for device profiles

Hi Mezzmo team!

Is there still no documentation for the device profiles? Many of my files won´t play on my Samsung ES5700 with the default SamsungE profile, so I would like to change the profile on my own. But this is really hard for me without any documentation :-)

There's no documentation for writing device profiles as yet. If you tell us what files play OK on your Samsung E-series TV and what files do not play, then we can tweak the device profile for you. To do this, turn off transcoding in Mezzmo (using the Transcoding settings dialog) and restart your Mezzmo server. Now stream various files to your TV. Make a note of what files play and what files do not play. Right-click on theses files in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'. Email this information to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we'll be able to tweak the device profile.
