Issues with Web Access

Hi,
Using 5.0.5.0 version.

Tried out the Web Access feature, it seems very cool. But I have few issues.

Every time I play any video file (even already transcoded for web play), transcoding starts.

And this shows even if the transcoding is done - Media server status:**No transcoding available

I think because of this rewind doesn't work for me, and I constantly get that the video is showing LIVE.

Watching it using EDGE browser if that makes any difference.

Any suggestions?

Hi,
depending upon the format you have pre-transcoded to Mezzmo may have to transcode the file again if it does not match the browser's supported formats. EDGE only supports mp4 and webm videos. Mezzmo may also transcode to burn subtitles if the video contains picture based subtitles. Can you please post the ffmpeg information of one of your videos? Right-click on the file in Mezzmo and select 'Get FFmpeg Information...' then copy and paste this into a forum post.
