I just installed Download Studio on my PC running Windows 10. When I opened Download Studio a whole bunch of pop-up windows appeared claiming that my machine had the Zeus virus. When I clicked the window closed another window with the same content popped up right away.
I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and there was still a pop-up window appearing, but when I closed it it stayed closed.

I am using Chrome for my web browser. When I click on Google Chrome under setting up web browsers it opens a window saying Chrome Web Store - Item not found

Any idea what is going on ?

I just want to download YouTube videos. When I copy the URL it warns me to change the job type to "Site" but I cannot see where to do this.

When I hit download it just creates an HTML file called watch.

Please tell me what to do.

Thanks

Hi,
we have never had the problem with the pop-up windows claim about the Zeus virus reported before, possibly it is a false positive in your anti-virus software.

To install the DownloadStudio addon in Chrome please see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/7993-Tutorial-Installing-the-DownloadStudio-extension-in-Chrome-web-browser?goto=newpost

To download a YouTube video with DownloadStudio copy the URL for the page hosting the video and add this as a download job in DownloadStudio and it should download the video. If it does not please send an email to support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we will send you a patch.
