Can't read MKV Files

Hi,

I would like to buy mezzmo but first i'm trying the demo version to see if everything is OK.

I have one problem.

In the description, it says that mezzmo support mkv files but my mkv files are not list on My Sony Bravia.

Is it normal or how i can do to see those movies ?

Hi,

Bravia TVs don't support MKV files natively, so they need to be transcoded. Please make sure that transcoding is enabled. Also, we have an updated device profile for it, so if you send a message to support (at) conceiva (dot) com we'll send it out to you to try - it may transcode those better than the current one.
