Hi,

Can anyone with a little computer knowledge out there who has "downloadstudio" installed please check the following directory for .SPD & .SPP files

On my computer it is - c:\users\mike\appdata\locallow\conceiva\downloadst udio\

So you will have to CHANGE the "mike" to whatever you have as a name.

On my computer I found over 85000 small files. How many do you have ??

We are working on a patch to fix this issue so that the files will be cleaned up if they are over 1 day old.
