We have been using Mezzmo happily since 2012. With the current Mezzmo update 4k JPG files (3840 x 2160 px) can't be screened any more on our Samsung UE65HU7590 (Series 7 UHD TV).

Mezzmo connects to the Samsung TV
Thumbnails of the JPG files are displayed (so the TV must read something)
BUT filesize is displayed as 0 and the Samsung TV reports an unreadable file format.

This happens with 3840 x 2160 (4K) files only.

1920 x 1080 (HD) files are working properly.

I have tried a couple of different settings with no success so far.

Possibly the size of the file is over the limit supported by the TV, please try opening the file with Windows Paint then save a copy of the file to see if the file size on disk changes compared to the original file and then add the file to Mezzmo to see if the TV can display it. You could also try pre-transcoding the file to JPEG_MED to see if this allows the TV to display it.
