I am trying to get my Sony BDP-BX57, same as a S570, just bought it at Sam's, to play Divx files using Mezzmo and I get and unsupported file error. I enabled logging and searched through the lgs and this is what I found:
Sony BDP (NTSC, No DivX)]: DHS_RespondWithLocalFile: Failed to open: File or path not found (C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\Conceiva\Mezzmo\TranscodingFiles\AE E56A9A-3F76-4300-94B9-60FD58EBAFF5\Video\533-mpegts_transcoding-libx264-ac3.mzt)
I go to this directory and sure enough, there is no .mzt file in that directory. Did I do something wrong during the install or is there something additional I need to install. I have tried repairing the install, no luck. I have not tried re-installing yet.
