some of the mouse functions are not working

Recently, i bought powerDVD 16 from here with discount (http://www.dpcoupon.com/coupon/cyberlink-coupon-codes-powerdvd-16-75-off/) which supports video, audio and image file formats. while playing a Blu ray disc movies some of the mouse functions are disabled and what may be the reason for it?
