Cannot find any video metadata! Please Help!

Hello,
The program has stopped finding video metadata (images) from internet!

I tried different names, without success. The firewall turned off, without success.
Tried previous versions of programs, the same result.

Now the latest version of the program 5.1.1.0 is used.
I am a registered user of the program.

Please, help!

Hi,
I tested this here and it found the metadata for Bridge of Spies so I suspect there is still something blocking the Internet access even with the firewall off. Can you please enable diagnostic logging http://www.mezzmo.com/wiki/doku.php?id=using_logging&s[]=diagnostic then after restarting Mezzmo try performing the search again then send us the logs to support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we will investigate.

The problem was solved after a clean installation of Windows 10 Creators Update and reinstalling Mezmo 5.1.1.0!
