I tested here and it seems fine, can you please try testing a permanent link on the local network then try one with your remote ip/host to see if this works?

The screenshot shows port 2247 is being used, is this the port you have set for the server in 'Media Server Settings' in Mezzmo or is this the remote port? Are you able to access the Mezzmo web interface using the same IP address and port?

The server port is 53168 (stranded) and the remote port is 2247 (just what mezzmo set when installed yes its the same in the server settings) i have tried changing the remote port as that is the one it looks at when loading the per links but still will not connect on any ports i use. As for the 53168 port that works fine for web logins no problems there.

i have tried my external ip, the servers lan ip, localhost but will not connect they all work fine on the web login (53168) i have also disabled all firewalls to try it. Its like that (remote) port is not lisening on the server

In your screenshot you are using a LAN ip with the remote port so this will not work as the request needs to be received by the router on the external port for it to be forwarded to the 53168 port. If you change the port for the link to 53168 it should work. Do you have port 2247 forwarded in your router to 53168 on the PC running Mezzmo?

Ok so it looks like you don't need remote port so i left that blank so now the only port is 53168 and now its defaulting to that port but still no connection on permanent links just a white page
eg http://101.100.139.145:53168/emb/taz-011364zvl9xa2c0?sid=3224048916&amp%3Bmode=play

update it looks like a old patch that i got that the problem its working now just doing some testing now

http://101.100.139.145:53168/emb/taz-011323zvl17516x6422?sid=3540686064&amp%3Bmode=play does not work link sent to facebook by facebook button and loaded by clicking in facebook. the two links are different looks like the post using facebook is chancing the link

both links are form the same video page one link from the (test permanent link botton) the other is from the facebook button that makes the link

If the port 53168 is not being forwarded from your router then it will fail to load the page, please make sure that the port is being forwarded to the PC running Mezzmo.

yes it is and it also shows this on port check from the net. Its working now but as above not if you use the facebook link to post its making a different link. if i copy the test link url into facebook it works so when you post using the facebook link it will fail

http://101.100.139.145:53168/emb/taz-030524zvl17457x8afa?sid=3105139211&mode=play works link copyed from test permanent link and pasted in browser

Ok thanks, I found the problem in the URL, you will see it has &amp%3B but if you change this to just & it will work. We will fix this here.

Mezzmo doesn't generate URLs for facebook, it's the same permanent link that is used on all sites so possibly facebook is changing the & to an &amp%3B

The link is fine when it is created by Mezzmo so the problem will be when it is pasted into facebook the link is modified by facebook.
