Hi,
possibly this is due to slow transcoding, while the movie is playing on the TV try looking in the Transcoding pane in Mezzmo to see if the movie is being transcoded. If it is being transcoded then you can try pre-transcoding to see if this allows the movie to play without interruptions.

Why the pre-transcoding take so long? Does it depend on the size of movie? And is there any action to do faster pre-transcoding? My movie's size is 1.29 GB. 30 minutes and just 12 percent!

It depends on available CPU power of the computer where Mezzmo is installed, how big the original file is and how high you've set the quality settings. 12% at 30 minutes is very low for any modern CPU at just about any setting, though. What is the CPU in the PC where you've installed Mezzmo?

Well it is core i7. The usage goes to 100%. And the memory card is 4GB. The format is +mpegts(-h264,+ac3,+burn.fa). At 15 fps.

Burning subtitles requires a full transcode of the video so this takes longer than a remux (copy) of the video. The speed of the transcode can also be affected by the read speed of the original file so if it is on the local disk it should be faster than if it is on a network drive or USB drive.

Thank you very much. Your advise was useful. I appreciate that

Can I put a subtitle on a transcoded file? Look like I have to burn it with transcoding

Most Sony TVs do not support embedded subtitles so you are correct in that you will need to burn the subtitles into the file when transcoding.

If the i7 processor has IQS support then that will speed up transcoding if it is enabled.
