Hi all,

I have been having disconnects for a long time now. During movie watching of 2 hours, I am guaranteed to have at least 2-3 disconnects. The message on my Samsung TV will be, that mezzmo server disconnected.

I have activated logs, and noted down the exact time the disconnect happened, but the logs are a bit overwhelming to be honest, so what do I look for, to hopefully have an understanding of whats going on ?

I have the following setup, my PC streaming being a i7 machine with 16GB ram, and a Nvidia 960 graphicscard, and connected to my Asus router AC88U wired by a gigabit connection. TV is on 5Ghz Wireless, being a Samsung E class Plasma. I do not have any networking problems whatsoever, so very frustrating.

And i have already followed the advice to set Server advertisement Interval to max without luck.

Thanks in advance.

The logs show a lot of UPnP traffic coming from 192.168.1.2 just before the disconnect:

NOTIFY * HTTP/1.1
HOST: 239.255.255.250:1900
CACHE-CONTROL: max-age=100
LOCATION: http://192.168.1.2:49152/nasdevicedesc.xml
NT: upnp:rootdevice
NTS: ssdp:alive
SERVER: Linux/3.10.39, UPnP/1.0, Portable SDK for UPnP devices/1.6.6
X-User-Agent: redsonic
USN: uuid:73656761-7465-7375-636b-0090a9e11384::upnp:rootdevice

and also from Google Chrome on 192.168.1.6 the pc hosting the Mezzmo server. You can try disabling UPnP on the nas device and/or closing Chrome on the PC to see if this prevents the disconnects.
