problem with mkv with +25 subtitles

hi there,
i've made a blu-ray 1:1 rip and ended up with a file with 25 embedded subtitles. my samsung bdp seems to have a really hard time with this. loading the mkv needs more than a minute while having a mkv with only one or two embedded subtitles will start pretty much right away. is there anyway i can tell mezzmo to not deliver the info about embedded subtitles to the player. i've tried unchecking the subtitles in the properties window but it didn't make a difference. or can i limit the amount of embedded subtitles somehow in a device profile?

Hi,
if the subtitles are embedded in the file then Mezzmo will need to transcode it to reduce the number of subtitles in the file, you can try pre-transcoding and Mezzmo will remux (copy) the video and audio if they are supported and leave the subtitles out of the transcoded file if the subtitles are not selected in the properties.
