View Full Version : Problem pushing content to from Mobile App to TV

My media server is located on my computer, but I commonly use the phone app to select my content on the PC and push it to my TV. I just got my new Samsung TV (UN55MU6300) and I have been having an error pop up for some of the videos I've tried to push from the app. On the bottom of app the error message "SetAVTransportURI: 402 Invalid Args" pops up then disappears. If I go onto my computer to push the same content to the TV it works fine.

I am using Device profile Samsung K, I have tried a few different ones but I don't think that is the issue.

Has anyone else come across this error? I love using the mobile app to search through and push my content to devices.

Hi,
are you using the Mezzmo Android app to push content to the TV? If you are then please go to settings in the app and enable logging then exit the app and start it again and try playing a file from the app to the TV again to reproduce the error then go back to settings and select to view the logs and this should open the default email app on your android device with the log attached and you can send it to support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

Yes I am using the mobile app, when I attempt to view the logs it takes me to a white screen that says "All apps associated with this action have been disabled, blocked or are not installed."

The error happens on both my phones.

You can plug the phone into your PC using USB and then on the sdcard will be a folder called Conceiva containing a Mezzmo/Logs folder where you will find the log file.
