Samsung Smart Hub App Error

Hi All,
i have a Samsung 55JU6450 TV and downloaded the Mezzmo App over the Smart Hub Store. But when i open, it load, load, load and after 1 minute ist stop loading and exit and go back to normal tv.

we have had this problem reported by Samsung also but have not been able to reproduce it here, when you say wrong rubric what do you mean?
