Mezzmo can't always be found with a blu ray player

Hi.

I use a blu ray player to connect with wifi to Mezzmo. I have tried two different players and am currently using a Samsung. The issue I have is that sometimes Mezzmo doesn't even appear as a selection. It's like sometimes it is there, and sometimes it is not. When it can be "found", it works wonderful. But after changing my blu ray player, and still having an issue, I'm convinced it has something to do with Mezzmo.

I don't even know where to start. Any help would be appreciated.

It may be an issue with a firewall or router setting, please see http://www.mezzmo.com/wiki/doku.php?id=mezzmo_server_not_listed_on_device for some settings to check.
