newbie having problems with mezzmo watching movies on panasonic dmp-bdt300gn player

Hi,
I have just setup mezzmo on my pc and am trying to watch movies on my panasonic dmp-bdt300gn bluray player.

The bluray player sees all the movie files fine but when I try to play them is starts playing for about 5 seconds then stops.

I tried the exact same configuration using my playstation 3 and everything works fine.
When looking at the devices I can sse that the bluray player is showing as "unknown device" could this be the problem?

I have a very basic understanding of how this all works so please try not to get too technical on me.

Hi,

Yes, the first thing to change is the device profile in Media Devices dialog. Try setting it to "Panasonic BDP" and see if that helps.
