LG OLED65C7T Profile

Hi,

I am having some difficulties getting Mezzmo V5.2.0.0 to transcode files to my LG OLDC7T tv automatically using a profile.

When I select the LG 2017 profiles, mkv files do not transcode. I get a message stating the files are not supported by my TV.

When i select the LG TV Ultra HD profile, mkv files are represented with a 16gb file size and fail to transcode.

The actual file is 1gb and i have a i7-8700T CPU with 32GB of ram running on a fast SSD.

I have stopped and restarted the mezzmo server.

Please advise how i can get Mezzmo to work correctly with my TV and transcode this files on the fly.
Currently the only way i can get these to work is to transcode all files manually.

Hi,
can you please post the ffmpeg information of one of the files or send the information to support [at] conceiva [dot] com so we can see more detail about the files? Right-click on the file in Mezzmo and select 'Get FFmpeg Information' then copy and paste the text.

It could be a problem with the thumbnail embedded in the file as Stream #0:3 which the TV may be trying to open as the main video or it could be an issue with the subtitles stream. The video and audio both match the device profile so the file is being delivered to the TV without transcoding. You can try using the LG TV (2015 Models) profile and this will transcode the file on the fly.
