Bug in beta ver?

Hi i have just noticed that clients are downloading the media off my server using the browser login . The allow direct download is not ticked so they should not be able to download? Is this a bug can you check it out and supply a patch if it is or is there another setting that need to be applied. It looks like they are selecting Download media file using web browser in the options i have just checked the login and comfurm it let me download it even know the allow direct downloads is not ticked.

I have tested this here and if in the Web Access User settings the box to Allow direct media downloads is unchecked then the user will not see a button to allow them to download the file. It will still be possible to use a browser extension to download the video so possibly they are doing this to download the file.
