Roku not displaying embedded subtitles

I have Captions set to always on in Roku settings. The embedded subtitles play on my computer through Daum Pot player. In my Mezzmo Pro 5.2 device settings / Subtitles "Stream embedded subtitles is not available on device, but in Options/Subtitles "stream embedded subtitles" is checked to play.

Please advise.

Hi,
the Roku only supports certain subtitle formats, you can go to the properties of the file in Mezzmo and on the subtitles tab select the subtitle and then click the button to extract it and this should allow Mezzmo to deliver the subtitles as an external file which may work better.
