Hello, I'm not sure if there's a correct procedure to submit audio problems, but see below the FFMEG info of a file which my Panasonic Viera DT30 does not support. I've encountered this before and after playing some other files the problem file plays fine - odd?

If your TV says that the audio channel is not supported, then your TV does not support the "eac3" audio format. As a test, you can pre-transcode the video file to another format and see if that works. Right-click on the video in Mezzmo and click 'Pre-transcode File'. On the Pre-transcode File dialog, select your TV and click 'Choose Formats'. On the Transcode Formats dialog, select the bolded format and select the 'Force full transcode of all channels' checkbox. Click OK to save these format settings and click OK to start transcoding. Once transcoding has completed, try streaming the file again to your TV. If that works, let us know the device profile that is currently assigned to your TV. Go to the Media Devices dialog to see this. If the video did not play correctly, then repeat the steps and choose a different format (not the bolded one) and see how that goes. Let us know the result.
