hi
i have mezzmo 5.2.0.0 but x.265 video file cant play in tv LG 2015
plez help me
this is the video ffmpeg for example :

It could be that Mezzmo is transcoding the file but it is going too slowly, can you please tell us which device profile is selected for the TV in 'Media Devices' in Mezzmo?

tv lg 2015

and its very interesting that when i used PLEX app at same file it's ok in tv and play very well!!!!

You can try turning off transcoding for your TV in the Media Devices settings and then try playing your file. If it plays then the TV will support h.265 natively without transcoding and then it is a profile setting adjustment need.

The LG TV 2015 profile does not have hevc support for mkv containers, you can try using the LG TV (Ultra HD) profile to test if the file plays.
