I have two computers, each with Mezzmo Pro 5.2.0.0. One runs Windows 7, the other Windows 10. I can stream either one to the same Samsung QLED TV.
I have the same MP4 movie on both. When I stream it from the WIndows 7 machine, it plays fine. When I stream from the Windows 10 machine, I see a line saying,
{\an?}Chapter 2
underneath the letterboxed video after about 10 minutes. The chapter number changes over time. I know is chapter information in the MP4 meta-data, but I don't want it to be displayed.
To recap: Both Mezzmos are the 1) very same version; 2) playing the same file, 3) to the SAME TV, but they are doing it differently.
Help! Any ideas welcome! I really hate that intrusive display.
