Video not supported using profile LG TV(2015 models)

When I attempt to play a specific file on my smart TV (Device: "LG WebOS TV" using profile "LG TV(2015 models)", I get the error message "not supported".

The video codec in the file is hevc so it is likely that this is not supported. The 2015 profile does not have hevc supported so you will need to enable transcoding either by unchecking the box in Transcoding Settings which disables transcoding or checking the box in Device Settings on the Transcoding tab which enables transcoding.
