Hey,

I am wondering if there is any function in the Mezzmo server whereby I can move a large number of files, from one drive to another, without losing the Playcount & Date Added statistics (as an example)?

I am OK at database modification via SQL, so I am guessing I can play with the raw db, but this has a high risk of me corrupting my DB and a world of pain.

To give you a bit more information of what I want to do, I have all my movies in one directory, and TV shows within this same hard drive, in a sub folder, it looks like this:

Movies:
M:\0-9
M:\A-C
M:\D-F
...
...
M:\X-Z

My TV Series currently reside on this same hard drive:
M:\_TV\0-9\
M:\_TV\A-C\
... and so on

I have installed a new hard drive, mapped it as T:\, so want to move the contents WITHIN _TV directory to reside directly in the new drive, so it will look like:
T:\0-9
T:\A-C
etc.

Can I do this in Mezzmo, or do I have to manipulate the DB direct?
Is there a freeware software that you know of, that I can use to view/edit the DB direct if I had to?

Cheers

Go to Maintenance Tools in Mezzmo and you can replace the paths http://www.mezzmo.com/wiki/doku.php?id=maintenance_tools&s[]=maintenance&s[]=tools#change_paths

As a side question, do you happen to know of any free database viewing/updating softwares?
