Just purchased mezzmo

I tried the trial version but was never able to get it to fully work. The problem is that the .wmv's and .mp4's pause a lot, while the .avi's don't, usually, but this is not a definite rule.

I am using a ps3 and a samsung ln-46b750 tv. I purchased this product in the hopes that the customer support would be outstanding.

I followed the advice to download the mezzmo patch and ps3 profile and replaced them. Now the .wmv's and .avi's work but the mp4's that previously worked do not work now.

Can you please post FFmpeg information from the MP4 file that doesn't work? Or, just contact support again - it's a bit easier to follow issues when they're going through the support e-mail, as we can track previous conversations faster that way.
