Fire TV Box Android App

Hi there, I tried to move my database over the weekend, because it is getting quite large and caused havoc. I have since put it back where it was, since the restore option failed. Then refreshed/added medadata, and looks ok on server side, not as comprehensive as it was but has most of the metadata and thumbnails.

But the android app, running on Fire TV box, just wont update thumbnails, no matter which profile I use. I tried deleting cache on app, manually getting artwork on (Conceiva) Android option instead of the usual Android to MX player, which I normally use.

Any advice on this, maybe force refresh to get new thumbnails from server.

Try going to 'Media Devices' in Mezzmo on the PC and double-click the Fire TV device then on the Transcoding tab click the button to delete transcoded files and this will clear out the transcoded posters as well as transcoded media files which may resolve the problem.
