mezzmo keep stops working and shuts down.

i tried different things to fix it, all from unninstall and reinstall, run as administrator and nothing helps. it crashes when it transcoding files, reading folders and almost every thing. it started about 3 days ago. after a windows 10 update.

when the crash occurs please go to c:\windows\SysWOW64 and run taskmgr.exe then find Mezzmo.exe in the process list and right-click and create a dump file. Add the dump file to a zip and upload it to a file sharing site like wetransfer or sendfile and send us a download link.

Thanks for the dump file, the call stack does not indicate a problem in the Mezzmo application as the crash is in a windows dll. Please try checking system files for a problem by running the system file checker tool https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929833/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system

i did it now. it was no component store corruption detected.
