Hi,
the user's logs showed that the Genie communicated with the Mezzmo server and Mezzmo sent a response but after that the Genie sent nothing further so this indicated something like a firewall was blocking communication. There was a general issue with DirecTV Genies and a software update from DirecTV but this was a while ago and may have been resolved with a new update from DirecTV.
We now have a profile working with the DirecTV Genie, this will be released with Mezzmo 5.1. Please email support [at] conceiva [dot] com if you would like to try it.
