Mezzmo Media Server Service stops after 30 seconds

Hi to all,

I've been running Mezzmo for years (since version 2.7) on my Windows Server 2003 R2 box with no issues. I've had to reinstall v5.2 on newer hardware (same OS) and it worked fine for about 15 minutes, until I restarted the computer. I have the Media server configured to run as a service, but the service does not start automatically and stops after about 30 seconds when I start it manually, either from Mezzmo or from the Services snap-in. No client can see Mezzmo for the short time it is running. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program with no luck.

Hi Joe,
can you please enable diagnostic logging http://www.mezzmo.com/wiki/doku.php?id=using_logging&s[]=diagnostic then try starting the Mezzmo server and after it stops again go to the Logs folder and look in the MezzmoMediaServer folder to find the media server logs and see if there is an error reported at the end of the log.

I did exactly as instructed and discovered what might be the source of the problem - file permissions. The following is from the file "2018-09-17-23-15-49-MezzmoMediaService.txt"
