Mezzmo crashes at startup

Mezzmo crashes when it starts at boot time.

Title bar in error window is "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library"

Could I have some assistance in resolving this please?

Does Mezzmo run if you try to start it later or does it crash all the time, at boot or later?

I guess the same happens with me....

mezzmo sometimes crashes... but i think it has to do with the mezzmo service...

because if you go to windows task manager and end the process of mezzmoserver, server will stop and mezzmo gui will be fine again. Then you can start server again..

now, the reason why this happens i don't know.


EDIT: sory.. i didn't read the initial post correctly... that message doesn't appear to me...

Can you contact us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com? We'd certainly like to fix this. First step is for you to turn on logging (see ) so we can possibly track down where the crash is. Then, please use Mezzmo as you normally do. When Mezzmo crashes, then stop Mezzmo and Mezzmo server (if any are running), zip up the logs and send them to us using our support email address.

Log files have been emailed as requested.
